OUR HISTORY, VISION AND MISSION

FCALD was first established in 1968 by Norma Astin.
It was fully incorporated as a non profit organization on April 1994.
Reaching its 55th year of establishment, the organization has helped thousands of people in the community through its various events and outreach programs.
ARTICLE II - MISSION AND OBJECTIVES
- SECTION 1 - Assist members in becoming responsible and valuable members of the community by contributing positively to our city, province and country.
- SECTION 2 - Preserve the social and cultural heritage of the members of the association.
- SECTION 3 - Assist in achieving social, cultural, physical, and educational advancement of the members of the association.
- SECTION 4 - Engage in social, cultural, professional, educational, athletic and other activities for the purpose of raising funds to meet the objectives of the association.
